Placing an order

How do I place an order on Altrad Generation?

To place an order, simply select the product you wish to purchase and your chosen quantity. Then select the ‘Add to Basket’ button (if you would like to purchase more than one product type, simply repeat the process). Once you have selected your products, simply hover over ‘Your Basket’ in the top right hand corner (the blue box will state how many items are in your basket and the total cost) and select ‘Checkout’.

During the checkout process you will need to input your billing address, delivery address and any other details we require; if you already have an account created with Altrad Generation your details will automatically be saved. Then select your preferred delivery method and input your discount code (if applicable). Finally, check the terms and conditions box and then select ‘Checkout’. This will then navigate you to the payment section of the process in which you must input your payment details and then select ‘Proceed’ to confirm the purchase.
