RETURNS POLICY

To exercise your right to cancel an order after payment has been taken, you must notify Altrad Generation in writing of your wish to cancel to [email protected] Generation.com and Altrad Generation will arrange for collection of the Product(s) or otherwise provide instructions for convenient return.

You must return all Returned Product(s) to Altrad Generation in original condition (you will be responsible for any damage) and within 14 calendar days of your cancellation notice, unless Altrad Generation provides a later collection date.

Return freight costs will be payable by you. Altrad Generation will refund you the price (including budget delivery charge if applicable, even if you have chosen a higher delivery cost), less direct return freight costs it has paid on your behalf, as soon as possible and within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice. However, Altrad Generation may withhold payment of your refund pending receipt of the returned Product (in its original condition). 

Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.  Refund payments are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Payments may take up to 10 working days to show back in your Account.  Please note:  If you return products in person, our Branches do not have the facility to Refund your Altrad Generation Payment.
