Staging & Building Trestles

Staging and trestles fulfil a wide variety of needs, and act as a good middle ground for when a scaffolding tower is far too large to be practical for the job in hand, but a larger work platform is required than can be offered on a platform step ladder.

The trestles – which provide the framework of the structure – are made from carbon steel and are available in three sizes providing heights from 0.5m to 1.67m. The staging – the boards that rest between the trestles – are of lightweight yet durable aluminium construction, and come in a range of lengths from 3m to 7.2m.

Ideal for smaller projects – perhaps plastering, decorating or DIY at home – or on larger sites that require a number of smaller odd jobs to be carried out at height, one of the main advantages of using staging and trestles for working at height is their flexibility.
